We offer an array of services for the variety of exotic animals that we see. Please call to inquire further about any of these

Comprehensive exams: Includes a chart set-up, full physical for your pet, and a full husbandry consult. Complementary nail trims are included with all full exams.

Annual/Semi-annual exams: Cover a full physical for established clients and are essential for staying on top of the health of your pet for the length of their lives.

Emergency exams: We accept these on a day-by-day basis, and we often fill up quite quickly. We take as many emergencies as we can each day, but we are a small clinic, and can only take in a limited number of patients in order to still maintain our high quality of care.

Dental Care: Just like humans, our pets need to have dental exams. During a comprehensive and an annual, we do take a general look to see if anything is abnormal, however we often need to do more thorough treatments than can be done while the pet is awake. This is where our sedated dental cleanings and trims come into play. Ferrets occasionally need regular cleaning, and rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rats and other chewing rodents often need dental trims if their teeth are not perfectly aligned and wearing improperly.

Grooming: Whether furred, feathered, or scaled, your companion may need regular nail trims, beak trims, wing trims, and shaves to keep up with their health.

Vaccines: We have the necessary vaccines for ferrets, foxes and rabbits to keep them healthy. For ferrets and foxes, this means annual vaccines for rabies, and distemper. Rabbits need vaccines for Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease (If you are unsure what RHD is, please see THIS page for info.)

Spay and Neuter: We can spay and neuter almost all of the animals that we see for exams! Some pets have requirements that they must meet before we will perform these surgeries, and our staff can go over all of that with you ahead of time. We provide high end care at all stages of these surgeries and are aggressive in our pain management to give your pet the best recovery we can.

Boarding: If you’re going on vacation, having your house painted, moving, etc. and you want someone to watch your pet while you are away, this is also something that we offer. Similar to spays and neuters, we do have some requirements for the pets that we allow to board with us, so please call with any questions.
